Daftar Negara Dengan Kasus Bullying Tertinggi

Mengurutkan daftar negara dengan kasus bullying di sekolah tentu akan sangat sulit karena makna dari bullying sendiri berbeda antara satu negara dengan negara lainnya. Namun menurut survei global yang diadakan oleh Latitude News pada 40 negara, terdapat fakta-fakta baru yang mengejutkan. Murid laki-laki ternyata lebih banyak mengalami kasus bullying dibanding murid perempuan. Murid perempuan menurut data lebih banyak menggosip ketimbang melakukan aksi kekerasan dengan fisik. Lalu negara-negara mana saja yang memiliki kasus bullying tertinggi? 

1. Jepang Jepang ternyata menduduki urutan pertama terkait kasus bullying yang terjadi lingkungan sekolah. Bullying di Jepang lebih ke arah mengucilkan si korban daripada melakukan aksi kekerasan secara fisik. Seisi ruangan kelas bisa saling bekerja sama untuk menyudutkan si korban. Di Jepang, tindakan seperti ini disebut ‘ijime’. 

2. Indonesia Negara kedua dengan kasus bullying tertinggi di lingkungan sekolah adalah Indonesia. Aksi bullying di Indonesia menurut survei cenderung lebih banyak dilakukan di media sosial. Sebagai negara dengan jumlah populasi terbanyak keempat di dunia, Indonesia memiliki jumlah pengguna Facebook terbesar ketiga di dunia. Selain itu, Indonesia juga ‘menyumbang’ 15 persen tweet setiap hari untuk Twitter. Karena penggunaan media sosial itu maka anak-anak Indonesia cenderung mengalami cyberbullied atau bullying di dunia maya. Fakta juga menunjukan bahwa 50 persen orang dewasa di Indonesia mengetahui tindakan bullying atau kekerasan yang dilancarkan lewat dunia maya kepada anak usia sekolah. 

3. Kanada dan Amerika Serikat Kedua negara Kanada dan Amerika Serikat masih bergumul dengan berbagai kasus bullying yang marak terjadi disekolah. Baik Kanada maupun Amerika Serikat tidak memberikan toleransi bagi para pelaku bullying yang terjadi di sekolah-sekolah. 

4. Finlandia Kasus bullying di Finlandia juga tergolong tinggi. Untuk mengantisipasinya, pemerintah telah menggalang program anti-bullying bernama KiVa. Program ini sudah dijalankan oleh lebih dari 90 persen sekolah di Finlandia dan terbukti berhasil. Selain keempat negara di atas, negara lain seperti Lithuania, Latvia, dan Yunani juga tercatat sebagai negara dengan kasus bullying tertinggi.

1.    1. Sejauh ini peran media social memang sangat besarsehingga mendorong terjadinya insisasi perubahan social di masyarakat karena sekali informasi masuk ke dalam social media, masyarakat tidak perlu waktu yang lama untuk mengetahuinya. Dampak yang terjadi juga sangat besartidak hanya dampak positif tetapi juga ada dampak negatifnya. Dari segi positifnya, media social dapat mengetahui informasi secara cepat dan terkini, kemudian juga mudahnya berkomunikasi dengan dunia luar dan perkembangannya. Sedangkan dari segi negatifnya, karena begitu cepatnya informasi terupdate, keakuratan informasi tersebut belum bisa dipastikan. Itu sebabnya berita – berita yang tidak benar / belum pasti sudah tersebar dan yang disayangkan lagi masyarakat kebanyakan langsung percaya ketika sekali membacanya. Sampai saat ini, perkembangan terjadinya misiasi perubahan social di masyarakat sudah sangat jauh dan luas. Contohnya saja semenjak munculnya media social seperti Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Youtube, dan lain – lain, orang – orang yang menggunakan media social tersebut menjadi lebih ekspresif. Seperti kejadian sehari – hari yang biasanya orang – orang tidak tahu menjadi suatu kebiasaan untuk diposting ke public. Contohnya seperti update status, check-in tempat, posting makanan,dll. Dan hal ini bisa menimbulkan kecemburuan social karena terlalu menunjukan apa yang mereka miliki, juga kejahatan dapat terjadi akibat dari si pelaku kejahatan mengetahui keberadaan seseorang.

2.     Terjadinya suatu proses perubahan pada masyarakat, diakibatkan adanya faktor yang mendorongnya, sehingga menyebabkan timbulnya perubahan. Faktor pendorong tersebut menurut Soerjono Soekanto antara lain:

Proses difusi dapat menyebabkan lancarnya proses perubahan, karena difusi memperkaya dan menambah unsur-unsur kebudayaan yang seringkali memerlukan perubahan-perubahan dalam lembaga-lembaga kemasyarakatan, yang lama dengan yang baru. Sistem pendidikan formal yang maju Pada dasarnya pendidikan memberikan nilai-nilai tertentu bagi individu, untuk memberikan wawasan serta menerima hal-hal baru, juga memberikan bagaimana caranya dapat berfikir secara ilmiah. Pendidikan juga mengajarkan kepada individu untuk dapat berfikir secara obyektif. Hal seperti ini akan dapat membantu setiap manusia untuk menilai apakah kebudayaan masyarakatnya akan dapat memenuh kebutuhan zaman atau tidak. Sikap menghargai hasil karya seseorang dan keinginan untuk maju Bila sikap itu telah dikenal secara luas oleh masyarakat, maka masyarakat akan dapat menjadi pendorong bagi terjadinya penemuan-penemuan baru. Contohnya hadiah nobel, menjadi pendorong untuk melahirkan karya-karya yang belum pernah dibuat. Toleransi terhadap perbuatan-perbuatan yang menyimpang (deviation) Adanya toleransi tersebut berakibat perbuatan-perbuatan yang menyimpang itu akan melembaga, dan akhirnya dapat menjadi kebiasaan yang terus menerus dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Sistem terbuka pada lapisan masyarakat Adanya system yang terbuka di dalam lapisan masyarakat akan dapat menimbulkan terdapatnya gerak social vertical yang luas atau berarti member kesempatan kepada para individu untuk maju atas dasar kemampuan sendiri. Hal seperti ini akan berakibat seseorang mengadakan identifikasi dengan orang-orang yang memiliki status yang lebih tinggi. Identifikasi adalah suatu tingkah laku dari seseorang, hingga orang tersebut merasa memiliki kedudukan yang sama dengan orang yang dianggapnya memiliki golongan yang lebih tinggi. Hal ini dilakukannya agar ia dapat diperlakukan sama dengan orang yang dianggapnya memiliki status yang tinggi tersebut. Adanya penduduk yang heterogen Terdapatnya penduduk yang memiliki latar belakang kelompok-kelompok social yang berbeda-beda, misalnya ideology, ras yang berbeda akan mudah menyulut terjadinya konflik. Terjdinya konflik ini akan dapat menjadi pendorong perubahan-perubahan sosial di dalam masyarakat. Ketidakpuasan masyarakat terhadap bidang-bidang kehidupan tertentu Terjadinya ketidakpuasan dalam masyarakat, dan berlangsung dalam waktu yang panjang, juga akan mengakibatkan revolusi dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Adanya orientasi ke masa depan Terdapatnya pemikiran-pemikiran yang mengutamakan masa yang akan datang, dapat berakibat mulai terjadinya perubahan-perubahan dalam system social yang ada. Karena apa yang dilakukan harus diorientasikan pada perubahan di masa yang akan datang.

3.3.Contoh melalui media jejaring social Facebook, Twitter, Blog, Youtube,dll. Dengan cara memberikan informasi – informasi penting untuk masyarakat Indonesia misalkan aksi perubahan positif seperti ajakan untuk tidak membuang sampah sembarangan agar mendapatkan Jakarta yang sehat dan tidak banjir.

Contoh berikutnya peran media social pun sangat penting untuk aksi perubahan masyarakat Indonesia dikarenakan peran media social itu sangat membuming saat ini. Terkadang masyarakat Indonesia juga lebih percaya terhadap media social dibandingkan dengan yang nyata. Dan di media social pun kita dapat bebas berpendapat yang bertranggung jawab.
